I have developed something of a passion for the violinist David Garrett. This is not him. But this guy does deserve a medal for playing a violin in the street on one of the coldest days of the year. The cold might account for the somewhat 'strangled cat' sound of the instrument on video, but I think it's more likely to be the quality of my sound recording combined with the poor Barclay's Bank acoustics that are to blame. In the street he sounded great.
