Neither of the gentlemen on the left did I meet before tonight. Lower left will be getting married next week and was out on his stag night. Upper left is Eddie, who will be baking tonight in Greggs as I write. We chatted with Eddie about his job, the world and the lights left on for weeks in the old Barclay's building - no carbon footprint there then. Doubt someone just vacated the building and left them on by mistake. Talking of lights, my friend B wants to know how the front of the Abbey is so well illuminated at night. Surely it's not just the street lights? Or magic?
Yes, the town was busy. Super meal in Orissa. Great drinks in One Bull. Long queue outside the popular LP Bar, but sadly didn't feel in a position to join it. That ship has sailed.
